This product is primarily used in polyurethane resins.
It is suitable for reinforcing unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins, epoxy resins, phenolic resins, and others.
Ultra-thin, alkali-free automotive interior emulsion felt is primarily used in car roof linings to enhance roof rigidity and improve the adhesion strength of polyurethane foam films. It offers excellent processing performance and, while meeting the mechanical and physical requirements of the roof lining, helps reduce vehicle weight.
Product Features
1. The mass per unit area is uniform, ensuring stable glass fiber content and mechanical properties of the product, and enhancing its adhesion to polyurethane.
2. The felt binder is evenly distributed, resulting in a product with high strength while also increasing the continuous length of the felt.
3. The structure of the felt layer imparts excellent flexibility, superior conformability to irregular shapes, and maintains its shape without rebounding at non‑straight angles.

Product Molding Process

Packaging and Storage Instructions
Ultra-thin automotive interior emulsion alkali-free felt is wound onto paper cores with inner diameters of 79 mm, 90 mm, or 106 mm. Depending on product specifications, it can be supplied in rolls of 200 m, 300 m, or 500 m, packaged in moisture-proof plastic bags and further enclosed in cardboard boxes or kraft paper cartons. It should be stored vertically or horizontally and may be shipped in bulk or on pallets when loaded into containers.
Unless otherwise specified, ultra-thin automotive interior emulsion alkali-free felts should be stored in a dry, cool location, protected from rain. It is recommended to maintain storage conditions at a temperature of 15°C–35°C and a relative humidity of 35%–65%. To ensure product safety and prevent damage, stack palletized units no higher than two layers; when stored without pallets, arrange no more than four layers horizontally.
