It is suitable for reinforcing unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins, epoxy resins, phenolic resins, and others.
Ultra-thin, alkali-free felt for automotive interiors is primarily used in car roof linings to enhance structural rigidity and improve the adhesion strength of polyurethane foam films. It offers excellent processing performance while reducing vehicle weight without compromising the mechanical and physical properties of the roof lining.

Product Molding Process

Packaging and Storage Instructions
Ultra-thin automotive interior powder‑free felt is wound onto paper tubes with inner diameters of 79 mm, 90 mm, or 106 mm. Depending on product specifications, it can be supplied in rolls of 200 m, 300 m, or 500 m, packaged in moisture‑proof plastic bags and further enclosed in cardboard boxes or kraft paper cartons. It should be stored vertically or horizontally and may be shipped in bulk or on pallets when loaded into containers.
Unless otherwise specified, ultra-thin automotive interior powder‑free felt should be stored in a dry, cool location, protected from rain. Recommended storage conditions are a temperature range of 15°C–35°C and a relative humidity of 35%–65%. To ensure product safety and prevent damage, stack pallets no higher than two layers; when stored without pallets, arrange no more than four layers horizontally.
