This product is primarily used in polyurethane resins.
It is suitable for reinforcing unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins, epoxy resins, phenolic resins, and others.
Ultra-thin, alkali-free felt for automotive interiors is primarily used in car roof linings to enhance structural rigidity and improve the adhesion strength of polyurethane foam films. It offers excellent processing performance and, while meeting the required mechanical and physical properties of the roof lining, helps reduce vehicle weight.

1. The mass per unit area is uniform, ensuring stable glass fiber content and mechanical properties of the product, and enhancing its adhesion to polyurethane.
2. The felt binder is evenly distributed, resulting in a product with high strength while also increasing the continuous length of the felt.

Product Molding Process

Packaging and Storage Instructions
Ultra-thin automotive interior powder‑free felt is wound onto paper tubes with inner diameters of 79 mm, 90 mm, or 106 mm. Depending on product specifications, it can be supplied in rolls of 200 m, 300 m, or 500 m, packaged in moisture‑proof plastic bags and further enclosed in cardboard boxes or kraft paper cartons. It should be stored vertically or horizontally and may be shipped in bulk or on pallets when loaded into containers.
Unless otherwise specified, ultra-thin automotive interior powder‑free felt should be stored in a dry, cool location, protected from rain. Recommended storage conditions are a temperature of 15°C–35°C and a relative humidity of 35%–65%. To ensure product safety and prevent damage, stack pallets no higher than two layers; when stacked without pallets, keep the stack to no more than four layers.
